Dead Poet Society - Band Anaheim Concert reviews
This was a Circus!
I have been to Dead Poet Society - Band concerts on a few occasions, and when I paid $60 for each ticket, I was confident that I would witness a great performance. The email I received indicated that the show would begin promptly at 7:15pm with all members appearing together. However, they actually started right at 8pm, but did come out as a group. The initial part of the concert was enjoyable, with each band performing their own songs with assistance from the other bands. As the show progressed, it became chaotic and resembled a Circus, with Adam entering and exiting. There were approximately 10 Dead Poet Society - Band songs, 10 Franti songs, and 5 Augustana songs performed. Surprisingly, three of the Dead Poet Society - Band songs were This Land is Your Land, Eleanor Rigby, and With a Little Help from my Friends. Strangely, they never included Round Here in their setlist. To sum it up, my wife and I were quite disappointed with the overall experience.
